The Sourcing & Qualification Program is Ten Oaks Group’s premier hands-on development program for MBA students interested in launching a successful career in the private equity carve-out space. Program participants will learn the ins-and-outs of private equity corporate carve-outs, through immersive training, hands-on mentorship with Ten Oaks Group founder, and on-the job application. S&Q is an inter-master opportunity run annually where participants will be provided a flexible & remote part-time paid position (~10-15 hours per week) to jump-start a private equity career while also completing their MBA.
