CHARLOTTE, NC – Ten Oaks Group is pleased to announce that Jordan Harris has withdrawn all allegations previously made in his lawsuit, and all claims asserted against the family office have been dismissed.
More importantly, both parties have agreed to demonstrate their commitment to social responsibility, with Mr. Harris making a donation to Ten Oaks’ philanthropic fund, which the group launched in June 2023 to expand its affiliated non-profit organizations, bolster the success of new philanthropic initiatives, and ultimately improve the quality of life of Charlotte-Mecklenburg area residents.
In turn, Ten Oaks will make a donation to Mr. Harris’s philanthropic fund. This gesture reflects both parties’ shared dedication to contributing positively to the Charlotte community and fostering a spirit of goodwill.
Both parties wish each other success in their future endeavors and will have no further comments on this matter.
